Specific Procurement Notice – Acquisition of approximately 50 Surveillance Cameras and other equipment for installation in specific areas of Belize City

The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is granting total funding for the Procurement, Installation and connectivity to the Fiber Optic Grid of Fifty (50) Surveillance Cameras and all associated equipment (Monitors, DVRs, etc.) to ensure full functionality of the system and connection to fiber optic cable, for the Belize Police Department within the framework of the Belize Integral Security Programme (BISP).

Bids for this invitation to bid shall be received no later than Thursday, March 2^nd, 2023, until 9:00 a.m. at the following physical address below:

Bids must be sent to the address below and bids will not be permitted in electronic form. No late bids will be accepted. Bids shall be opened publicly, in the presence of the representatives designated by the Bidder, at the address listed below, at 9:15 a.m. on March 2^nd, 2023.

All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Maintenance Declaration”.
