The Caribbean Natural Resources Institute (CANARI) has received funding from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) toward the project, “Enhancing Caribbean Civil Society’s Access and Readiness for Climate Finance”. CANARI intends to allocate part of the project budget towards contracting a Consultant – Project Development Specialist to provide technical assistance to the project.
CANARI now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing services under the project. Applicants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.

EOIs should be addressed to the Executive Director, CANARI and submitted as PDF files via email to info@canari.org, with the subject line “RE: Project Development Specialist – GCF Readiness”.
The deadline for submission of EOIs is December 30, 2022 on or before 11:59 pm AST (UTC-4).
CANARI reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and to annul the process and reject all tenders prior to contract signature, without incurring any liability.
