Suppliers interested in receiving the completed Request for Quotation (RRQ) document should register their interest by sending an e-mail (with subject: Request for RFQ – Supply of Processing and Farming Equipment for POs in two lots to the address below.
Suppliers may request clarifications (regarding the bidding document) by sending their questions to the email address below. The last date for requesting clarifications is February 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The Purchaser will provide a formal response to all questions received by February 14, 2024. The response will be issued simultaneously to all invited bidders.
The deadline for receipt of your quotation is March 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
